Exchanges & Returns

All exchanges / returns must be received within 30 days of receipt.

Make sure that all items you exchange / return have not been worn, are clean and folded. All items must have their labels attached and be in their original protective bag, so that they are ready for resale. We are unable to accept any returns if an item has been worn or is dirty.

All returns / exchanges are subject to a 5-10% restocking fee (based on the purchase value of the item(s)). We usually waive this fee for exchanges, assuming the item(s) are in their original condition, original packaging, and ready for resale.

If you return part / all of an order for which you got free shipping, we deduct the cost of shipping from your refund.

Returns from non-EU countries, due to customs and import regulations, etc. can incur costs. These costs are to be borne by you.

Follow these instructions:

  1. Pack the item(s) and include a copy of your shipping invoice
    (Please tell us what you would like us to do: a return or exchange. If you would like an exchange, please check the website to be sure that the item you want is in stock)

  2. Label to the following address:

  3. Apply the appropriate postage and ship

Please note your parcel’s tracking number. By means of this number you can track your return online and therefore also check if it arrives/has arrived. Please keep the receipt, which you receive when mailing your parcel. In the case of a lost parcel, you will need this number to track down the parcel.

We always recommend you to use parcel tracking when returning your item(s) as we do not take responsibility for lost or delayed returns. We only assume responsibility when the package reaches our warehouse. You will be notified by e-mail as soon as we receive your package.
