Why should I pre-order my outerwear?
Our production runs are limited and we sell out of many items / sizes before they ever come in stock. Pre-ordering allows you to reserve your Virtika gear before it sells out. If you pre-order, you also benefit from discounts and free items.

Every year we have several rounds of pre-order discounts. Our first round, which starts in June, has the best deals. Pre-orders end in the fall, once our new outwear arrives from the factory.

When do I pay for my pre-order?
All orders are paid for at the time of checkout. This simplifies and speeds up shipping to you, when our gear arrives.

We believe in rewarding your patience. By placing your pre-order, you can take advantage of pre-season discounts, free items and free shipping in the EU.

For non-EU countries, such as Switzerland, United Kingdom, and Norway, there is a small fee for preparing the customs documents, but you pay no EU Value Added Tax (20%), and you get free shipping.

When will I receive my pre-order?
Our new gear arrives in early November. Virtika.eu ships all pre-orders in the order they were received.

Your gear will be shipped as soon as all of your pre-ordered items are in stock.

What if I want to change / add to my pre-order?
Until your order is shipped, you may make changes, or additional purchases and add them to your original order.

Please reach out to us at info@virtika.eu with your order number and clearly state what you would like to change, or if you have placed an additional order, that we should combine them and ship everything together.

Additional details
If for any reason you are not happy with your ordered product(s), simply return them. We accept returns within 30 days of receipt if your gear is unworn and in new, re-sellable condition.
